Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your Beachhouse in Kauai. We were in Kauai at the Sheraton last year and wanted to try a condo. Not sure what we were getting into we were a little nervous about our vacation. Once we arrived you had us so hooked we tried to extend our vacation longer, but it was too late and you were booked! We did a lot of sightseeing last year and this time it was so relaxing and comfortable we just didn't feel the need to venture out so often. We met wonderful people while at the BBQ and our children had a great time playing in the grassy area around the grounds. Thanks for providing beautiful accommodations on a beautiful island and making our vacation one of the best yet!! Karen from Phoenix

Your Beachhouse was marvelous and now I want to decorate our place just like yours!!!! Did you do the decorating or have it done? From an owners point of view I saw how many extras you put into it that you didn't have to but it just made the overall presentation of your Beachhouse that much nicer. I loved the ceiling fan in the bathroom. Your view is a huge bonus for someone booking a Garden View. I thought your place was very clean and would give it an A+ rating, I can't think of a thing to change. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your Beachhouse.

We stayed in room 418 at the Kiahuna end of January and were really impressed with the standard of the condos - very homey with huge balconies and decorated to a high standard. As others have said, there are fly screens and shutters rather than windows so noise from daily gardening and maintenance work (and the 5am cockerels) is impossible to avoid. Plus there is always the risk of noisy neighbours! It would make us think twice about returning if we were intending to spend a lot of time in the condo. Ask for a top floor condo and you get better views and high ceilings into the roof which make the condo feel even more spacious. The pool is at the opposite end of the complex to the beach (10 mins walk) so a bit inconvenient. The beach is very nice though with good snorkeling and swimming. Would recommend Casa di Amici for dinner, plus plenty of other choices within a short drive or walk. Note, in the local newspaper there was talk of rebuilding the hurricane damaged hotel next door, so it may be worth checking when that is happening and if your allocated condo is nearby.

My husband and I just spent a week in Beachhouse 418 and had a lovely time. We appreciated very much how comfortable and tasteful your Beachhouse is and how every possible amenity had been provided. (We especially enjoyed the stereo and your choice of music; we went out to Borders and bought several of the CD's you had in the apartment.)

We would like very much to return to Kauai and to Beachhouse 418. When we inquired at the desk, we were told that we could make a reservation to stay at Kiahuna Plantations but that it could not be guaranteed that we would be assigned to Beachhouse 418 unless we made arrangements directly with the owners.

Do I gather from the sign in the Beachhouse, that it is possible to arrange a reservation directly with you and that doing so would guarantee our being able to stay in Beachhouse 418? If that is possible, how do we make the arrangements and what are the terms?

Again, many thanks for making your Beachhouse available for our vacation. We enjoyed Kauai very much and staying in your condo greatly increased our enjoyment of our vacation. We spent all day every day out and about, played hard at the beach with our grandchildren, and were so pleased to return each evening to the comfort of Beachhouse 418 which became, for us, our little home away from home for the week.

We look forward to hearing from you about the possibility of returning to Beachhouse 418 at some point in the future.

We are still in the post-Kauai blues after spending a magnificent week at Kiahuna Plantation. We loved your condo. Our adult children had 418 and 415 and Joel and I had #2.

Everything was so great we would love to reserve your Beachhouse again next year, for arrival on December 20 for 7 nights. Please let me know if this would be an available week. We will also need a second Beachhouse nearby. Please let me know if you have any neighbors who would want to rent to us for that week.

I can't wait for that Deja vu feeling next Christmas. Incidentally, we celebrated our 35th Anniversary on Christmas Eve!
